 How do I register online…

Step 1: Visit our website (www.villagehamburg.com/recreation) & click the “Online Registration” link.
Step 2:  Create a free account with your email address, and a username & password of your choice.
Step 3: Add additional participants for your significant other and/or children!
Step 4: Select desired program from the programs available to register for, and answer the required questions! –Make sure to select the proper residency!
Step 5: Make a payment! You are able to pay by cash, check or CREDIT CARD with online registration.
(Checks made payable to the Village of Hamburg)
Step 6: Check your email for your receipt!
 
 Frequently Asked Questions:
  1. Can I still come into the office to register?
-YES! We will still have registration available at the office (200 Prospect Ave.), however please note that you will still have to create a FREE and EASY online account with Sports Connect (formerly Blue Sombrero). 
  1. What if I don’t have an email address?
-An email address is required to complete the registration process.
  1. Each year I purchase a membership do I have to do this all over again?
-No! Just keep your username and password somewhere handy! Next year when it comes time to join the Swim Center, or any other Village Recreation program just log into your account using the username and password you have on file and select the programs you would like to register for.
  1. May I still pay by cash or check, or do I have to pay by credit card?
-Any form of payment is accepted. If you would like to pay with cash or check and you register at home, just click the ‘check’ button at the check-out screen and mail your check ASAP or bring the cash payment to our office ASAP during office hours.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD WILL SHOW ON YOUR ACCOUNT AS BLUE SOMBRERO. NOT VILLAGE OF HAMBURG. We assure you the payment is going towards the program you signed up for. 
  1. My child plays HJBSL or Little Cagers, do I have to make a new account?
-You will have to make a new account, BUT you can use the same username and password for this profile as long as they are available. The accounts are completely separate so you will have to re-input all of your family’s information like address, etc.
